4. Web Site maintenance
5. Value of exchange (high priority)

• If the link is considered, by us, to be an equal exchange in value, your request will be granted. Most will not qualify, because of commercial content or outside links to other sources offering products or services for which they expect to be paid. We are selling a service and deserve to be paid for the service we render.
  
• Currently, we charge $150.00 per year for a link to any Web site offering or referencing any commercial products or services on it. No reciprocal link is required or expected, if we are paid for our services.
  

If your Web Site is selected, we will notify you when we link to your Web Site.

The Construction Site ^(tm) reserves the right to refuse any request, for any reason we consider not to be in the best interest of our Web Site and it's users. Further, The Construction Site ^(tm) reserves the right to discontinue any Free link to it's Web Site for any reason at any time. Proper notice will be given to those providing a reciprocal link.
